"I have some mobitity issuess, so found climbing over wall of Tub/shower a bit concerning. Suggest that rooms be equiped with grab bars around tub area. Also had a bit of a issue with homelesss man and his aggressive dog in entry way and outside on bench. But I know that that is not your fault."

"My aunt’s necklace diamond pendant accidentally fell off the sink. My aunt has spoken the front desk and requested an assistance from the maintenance/plumber. That was about 7:30 am,
the guys from the maintenance came after maybe an hour, which was just perfect after we had our breakfast, filipino maintenance guys were able
to open the pipe and found my aunt’s diamond necklace! She was sooo happy and appreciated those guys so much!"

The location is fantastic - very walkable and just a short stroll from downtown Calgary. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the city skyline and the iconic Calgary Tower, which looked especially beautiful at night when illuminated. Watching it through the wide French windows in our room was a memorable experience. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet, convenient, and scenic - we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again."
