"The hotel renovation are great. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and had all the amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and of course we received our chocolate cookies. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Utica. The bonus is that the hotel is walking distance to Utica Coffee, amazing coffee."

"It is a comfortable and friendly place. Everything is clean and they offer snacks, drinks and easy breakfast items. The whole inn is decorated in sleek modern lines with whimsy of train decor. I would go back anytime. One small negative was the showers are rainshower style and they do not offer much pressure."

"My husband and I have stayed here several times when in the area on business, both together and separately. It is always very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants nearby. We will definitely continue to book here. We don't have pets personally but a colleague of ours also books here when he travels with his dog. Incidentally I never have ever noticed any pet odors or anything like that when I stay. Perhaps they have separate rooms for people who book with pets, but really its always immaculate. Very pleased."
