"The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the waiters, and especially the bar staff. The entertainment was excellent; the girl who organized the karaoke had great charisma and energy. The weather was on our side, with sunny days throughout our stay. The food at the Blue Lagoon restaurant was delicious . we absolutely loved it. The entire resort staff is humble, respectful, and very kind. Recommendations: • I didn’t really like the “guagua” shuttle; I think a large golf cart would look better and feel more comfortable. • At the bars, drinks were often served in plastic cups, which takes away from the presentation. However, at the beach they used nicer cups, and we were able to take great photos there."

"We had a great stay, the breakfast was awesome, consistent and delicious. Our room met expectations and went beyond. Yani was a treat to deal with. Her smile and positive attitude was infectious. I can’t say enough about the laundry service. It was a first for us and for the price, well worth it. Frank and his family’s presence made you feel the connection between him and his staff. All staff treated us with the utmost respect and answered any questions we had. Kudos to the countless staff that made us feel special. The hotel also offers peace and quiet at night when the streets are often quite loud. The close walk to the beaches and nightlife were also an added perk. Well done Casa Valeria! "
