Sheraton Fallsview Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Suite was perfect with new furniture incluindo a table and two seats, nice square footage. TV was Room service lady was very attentive and answered us fast. Front desk personnel was responsive. "
"Room was spotless and staff friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is the main room door is not easy to open once inside. We had an incident in the past when we had to call maintenance and we could not get out of the room. It’s panic provoking when you feel trapped inside. It was quickly rectified at the time but we still found the door uneasy to open. "
