"Everyone was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Scrambled eggs were hot, bacon was delicious and potatoes were great. Sausage and biscuits also fresh. Room was clean.
Room 414 needs a new bed near the bathroom. Super uncomfortable. Felt the springs.
Otherwise everything was great. "
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cookeville by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Parking was safe. Hotel is right off the interstate so easy on easy off. Quiet, clean, and a great value for the money. Exceptional example of the Holiday Inn franchise."
"The staff when I checked in was so very friendly, and when I checked out ( Jessica) I think was her name, was also friendly. Breakfast staff was very helpful and so friendly. Great customer service. It’s a beautiful hotel and it ’s well run. You have a great staff. We enjoyed the stay so much and we will definitely do it again. "
"The room was clean , the housekeeper was great, got new towels and cleaned up every day. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Really for the money it was way better place than i deserved. No odors. It is not quite a 3 star hotel . However for a 2 star hotel i give it 5 stars. If it claims to be a 3 star place id only give it 3 stars. Maintenence would have to be better and a hot breakfast with eggs sausage and fruit would have to be there."
