This property had very friendly and helpful staff, good food options within the hotel for dinner, and situated on My An beach which is the place to be for spending time at the beach, close to good restaurants, attractions, tours, and shops. We would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and experience Da Nang.

Short walk to the beach! Hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean and well stocked. Free airport shuttle was a plus.

We did not make it to Hue since there was flooding there and typhoon warnings, but hope to stay here next time.

We booked an aqua bungalow, but any room you can get here will be worth it!! The facility and grounds are stunning. The staff amazingly kind and attentive. We stayed two days - ate all meals there and enjoyed spa treatments as well as the morning yoga class (Ashtanga). All were very good. The spa is among the nicest I experienced in Asia - and I'm a bit of an expert in this field ;) You get around the expansive property by bicycle or golf cart. Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go. This place exceeded my expectations. A beautiful little hotel in an outlying Hue neighborhood. Great stop on my ride up to Phong Nha. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great, great value.

Really an amazing place!!! Brand new, top European style. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Best option in the city so far. The staff doesn't speak much English, need to use google translator to communicate. But they try their best to help you out. There is free drinking water also.

Excellent and friendly service.

Staffs are friendly. Good food and nice hotel. But, on the check out morning, my daughter was scare when we found out a cockroach on the floor. We also show that to the room service.
