"From the first second or family arrived Andrew and Jacob s well as the rest of the staff were super friendly and took care of every need. They took our food orders, washed and dried our clothes, offered us drinks, set up the WiFi, and shared knowledge with us about Zambia and South Luangwa National Park. Our rooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Showers had hot water for those who enjoy that. We had a bonus from the local dance group and we enjoyed the traditional dance show. "

Staff was so kind. "The staff was exceptional from meeting us at the airport, check-in, meals to our game drives. The rooms were very clean and maintained during our stay. The food was very good however, we would have liked to see some more local options on the menu. "
