"The place was clean and nice. Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. Bummer"

"Communication prior to stay was quick and useful! Upon arrival, the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Check-in was easy and someone was on hand to assist if needed. All staff members were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, hikes, trains, public transportation, etc During breakfast, the manager checked in with guests to see how their stay was going. Lobby, dining, and lounge area are bright, modern, clean and we loved the cozy area by the fireplace! Room was nice size...

"We came in very late and they were very understanding and helpful, the room turned out to be a mini suite with a bard room and sitting room and bathroom, comfy bed, Mountain View, lots of cupboards and closets, good food in restaurant, free bus and train passes with two day stay. Really lovely place!"

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room.
