The room was such a dream. Very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staff was amazing, very attentive. If you want to get away for a relaxing mini getaway this is it. It isn’t too far from tulum beach. We rented a bugbee and got there safely back and forth. The only thing I didn’t like was the bumpy road to get to Alea.

The only problem I had was the things that I need like in bathroom there’s no body wash, toothpaste and handwash this is my first time going to hotel that’s not complete especially in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had nice views of the ocean. Restaurant had a limited menu for dinner. Air conditioning went out 3 different days for 4 plus hours.....but not hotel's fault, Half of Tulum would be without power.
