Passer for familie med mellomstore barn.
Stort sett en fin leilighet i 2. Etasje av et lite hus med god plassering i nærheten av strand og dagligvarebutikk. Ok utstyrt kjøkken. Dårlig vanntrykk i dusj og manglet feste til dusjhode. Litt svartsopp i dusjsonen. Bråkete aircondition på hovedsoverom. Etasjeseng på det andre soverommet er ikke egnet for voksne, samme gjelder sovesofa i stuen. Deler uteplass ved gaten med fastboende i 1.etg. Trapp i leilighet farlig for små barn og mangler håndlist. Svært bra renhold under oppholdet med bytting av håndkle.
