During the booking of this hotel I had no troubles or encountered any inconveniences, however, upon calling a day before my flight to make sure everything was set and filed for my check-in I noticed that they do not speak any of the languages they outline on the Expedia App.
I did not think much of it at first but I did find it strange since it can be considered as false advertising. I also didn’t enjoy having too many ants around my room or the fact that there is no specific schedule for cleaning, they just ring the bell at any given time of day. The bell ring can also make anyone have a heart attack.
I’ve been to 3 star hotels in other countries but this “4 star” hotel just did not meet my expectations, it lowered it.
