The hotel is pretty. Room is spacious but too bad..it’s not well maintained. Dusty room. I had to ask them to sweep the floor again. And the bathroom is rusty, stained and the bathtub is chipped. Towels wasn’t too clean (it was yellowish color instead of white). Breakfast was good and a lot of choices. It was for only for a night stop and rest. With the price…I take it.

Base to see the sights in Jember
The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Great ambience. The room and bathroom was compact and smallish. The breakfast was ample with a good variety. The vicinity was not as nice as Hotel Luminor. Will be happy to stay here again.
