The property itself was in a perfect location. It was only a five minute walk from many of the main things that we wanted to see in Porto. Also, the room was very clean and it was nice having a kitchenette. However, we did not have hot water the first two days that we were there which was not good! The hot water was eventually fixed but it did put a damper on our trip. Also, the room was freezing! We had the heater on all day while we were out and continued to freeze all night. We would’ve used the spare blankets but they were very old and had stains of them. Keep in mind that the WiFi is awful!!!!! We couldn’t use it because it was so bad. It was an alright stay.

We were happy with the room, the check in and the area. The only slight negative was that when we requested extra toiletries, we were told that someone would leave it in our room - but this never happened. We didn't see any staff on site throughout our short stay. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay.
