We arrived at the hotel, the outside of the hotel looks horrible and old, I assume they fired the people in charge of cleaning and maintaining the gardens. After registering, the person in charge of the lobby offered a bottle of water (weird). Walking to the room wasn't a good experience, dirty and smell of humility around the rooms, also a dirty paint car (I assume they were painting some rooms but can have more careful about the image with the guests). When I opened the door of the room a super bad smell came out, something hard to explain, it was a smell like some animal die inside, incredible and horrible! The coversheets and pillows white (really yellow with stains, not cleaned at all). The bathroom dirty too.
After this experience, we immediately left the room and went to the front desk, we told them what happened and indicated we are not staying. And surprise! I was expecting somebody offering apologies, or maybe another room at least, but their response was only: ”contact Expedia and can return the all money” (only thing good) but weird! I assume that they know the bad quality of the hotel and I wasn't the first one.
This is absolutely not a four stars hotel. It is maximum of 2 stars, no more.
