The hotel itself was fine and as expected. I was very disappointed to be charged an additional $17/day to park my car in a garage. I booked and paid for my stay through hotel but was also charged for full night's stay on my credit card, promised to be used for incidentals only. Mistakes happen, but trying working with customer service to rectify the problem was a nightmare. I'm constantly put on hold forever, people don't follow up as promised, and when I'm not talking to a robot, individual representatives forward me to other service reps. Spent a lot of time on the phone, trying to get Sheraton customer service to fix their mistake.
