Fantastic service at a beautiful venue
Voya is fantastic. The service is second to none, the hotel is in a beautiful mansion, and the pool is a luxury. Such a relaxing hotel where we were treated fantastically. Every single member of staff did everything and anything they could to help! Additionally, the mojitos were arguably the best in Cuba... And we had many.

Love love loved our stay so much at Voya Hotel! Everything was WOW!! from the staff, the service, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, just everything was amazing! They welcomed us with a room upgrade, some yummy chocolate and a nice bottle of Rum!! Our room was so beautiful, spacious and clean with a direct access to the pool and bar. From the moment we arrived the voya team stepped into action treating us like royalty anything we needed was organised taxis, tours restaurants to eat at nothing was a inconvenience.
