LOVED IT!
My mom and I stayed here for a night in an accessible room. It was very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Upon our arrival, they gave us a complimentary glass of wine; now they're my favorite hotel! We had their breakfast and it was yummy. They made us banana caramel and chocolate chip waffles and then they also had eggs, meat, yogurt, pastries, the usual. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that we had to walk back to the car to put a parking permit in the car but that's just me being lazy! Overall, the hotel was great, the staff was super friendly and they're in a great location if you're visiting the convention center and Universal parks!
