I had to park across the street at a Green P parking lot for an extra $35. The hotel tells you, only once you're there, that parking is first come first serve. Upon closer inspection, the parking lot is a joke and accommodates maybe 25 cars. There are no warning of parking limitations when you're booking.
I'm not impressed nor am I happy about this extra cost on an already expensive room.
The hotel room itself is very nice, however the lobby area is under construction in many spots at the time of this writting.
Kind of inconvenient having to walk through the main floor IHOP to access your elevators.
The final kicker, our room had some questionable stains on some of the furniture. Specifically the ottoman and couch. No, this is not an exaggeration.
