Immaculate views and chill nature vibes
Little slice of paradise. Views are immaculate and the vibes are relaxed. Far enough from the touristy areas to feel authentic but close enough to the sights to reasonably do it all. Breakfast service was divine and a nice way to start the day off. Lack of AC not an issue at all, even when the temperature looks high because the breeze and shade make for ideal temperatures. We loved our stay and would recommend to any couple looking for a heightened experience in Arenal.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place. The owners were amazing and made our stay so special. They make the most delicious breakfast and anything you want for dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean with amazing views. It is a little out of the way, if you want to be close to activities it’s a bit of a drive.

This hotel is fabulous and great value for money. The views from the rooms are outstanding, the decking is lovely to sit on and relax and the bed was really comfortable. The ladies who run it are lovely and breakfast was the best we have had so far in Costa Rica, and all cooked fresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I were there to enjoy a peaceful couple of nights with a comfortable room. The rooms were individual cabins so there were no noisy neighbors. It was very satisfying. The owners were most gracious. We are thinking of moving to Costa Rica. If we did, we would love having them as friends. Maybe even neighbors!

Hotel Laguna Arenal is a great hotel with spectacular view of the Arenal Lake. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Very highly recommended despite the lack of air conditioning and unpaved uphill road. The view and the serenity ambiance outweighs its cons.

Milena and her husband are truly wonderful people who shared their little gem with anyone who stays over and you just don’t want to leave. This place is truly special I strongly recommend.
