Abysmal from the start, this travesty of a hotel almost feels like it was abandoned. There's trash all over, and pretty much everything is broken. The light switch did nothing, and the light fixtures were ripped apart. The towel rack was dangling from the wall, and there were no towels in the room save for a dirty rag draped over the rack where an iron belonged (also missing). The reserved room (King, non-smoking) turned out to be two doubles with an awful odor. Everything was covered in a layer of grime, there was a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor, and the unplugged mini fridge was full of black mold. The television and free wifi were both also non-functional. Finally at checkout, the clerk tried to dismiss me without refunding my $50 cash damage deposit (laughable in itself as the room came trashed from the start). I was then told I'd need to come back an hour after checkout time to wait for housekeeping to verify the room so I could get my deposit back. They relented at my complaint and had it refunded 10 minutes later, but I had to insist that I'd paid cash for that and needed to leave. The entire property also had inconsistent branding, claiming at least three different names with a blank white key card. Even at a steep discount, the best I can say is that I lived through the experience.
