If you are not white, your check-in process may be terrible. I had to return to the hotel three times to get my room. I booked the room for 9 days, and they tried to stick me in a lower-floor smoking room.
I had to raise my voice at the guy at the check-in counter to get a room finally. My white co-worker arrived a few days after me, was welcomed with a scarf, and immediately provided the highest floor room. We both had booked the same type of room at the same price.
Apart from the check-in experience, the rest of the stay was great. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and nice. The staff at the breakfast service was amazing.
The hotel is surrounded by some amazing restaurants.
