After I checked in the women at the front desk tell me that all of the televisions are down so I watched no tv..when I checked out I asked to speak to the manager and of course she wasn’t there...they gave me a card with her name and number and of course the number is out of service...so I got the number from the internet to call the lady and of course every time I called she’s not there..I’ve been calling for a couple of days...worst hotel experience ever

Absolutely nothing works there. No TV, No phone, no breakfast.. Absolutely NOTHING..... I switched rooms 4 times because of the TV, before they finally admitted that there was no service. I wasn’t given the opportunity to cancel or get my money back. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Zero stars!
There was no wifi no cable everything dirty and or old. Disgusting food left in the room and fridge. Teenagers running front desk could care less....asked for a manager 3 times to get compensation for all the money spent on a room with all these problems no one got back to me. Ice machines didn't work....vending machines took money nothing came out. An all around nightmare and no compensation whatsoever. We got barely 50% of value of what we paid for and no one seems to care or make a good faith decision to compensate.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times it’s actually a nice hotel most of the rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are comfortable the rooms are clean however I stayed here recently for a few days the Wi-Fi wasn’t working there was no cable and they still have no shuttle service to Manhattan so it would be nice to get some sort of discount or a cheaper rate for the hotel given the fact that there’s only so much you can do in your room with no TV

I booked a non refundable room and when I got there they said it was full. And that I would have to get my money back from PayPal myself. They would not help me. There were no cars in the lot and all the room lights were off. I went to the days hotel and they said that hotel was lying. And they were not open since Corona virus. Worst hotel I ever went to. They are trying to keep peoples money. It's a scam
