The bed was the best! It was also very quiet which was awesome. The breakfast was not the best. Waffle iron was best part. Pool was not pretty like the photo on the site. Rooms pictured were pretty. We had old carpet and noisy fridge.

The hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The room was quiet and comfortable. The building itself is older and is in serious need of a refresh. It seems dingy even though it’s clean. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again if I’m in the area.

We got there and they had no water. It was brown in faucets and tubs. pool was brown and grouse. rooms were filthy, messy. found stuff shoved in chairs and under furniture. dirty sock s and underwear. went to our friend's room and returning to ours in 1 hallway by room158 had 4 inches of water. very unclean. our room had slider door for the dog let out. shade was torn up and too short, very very cold rooms and hallways. could see your breathe. 34 degress that day.

Where do i start? The hot water in the bathroom never got HOT only lukewarm. No blankets on the bed and the room didnt warm up until 4 am. I had to get a blanket out my car. No one told us about the remodeling of the building. There was an old muffler in the grass out front and water was shooting from a drain outside the building which caused ice to form because the temperature was 19 degrees. A pre-Anniversary trip from AL to MI was HORRIBLE and UNEXCEPTABLE. This was not our first time here but will be our last.

I made a reservation in an unfamiliar area, and unfamiliar STATE. It was important I found a SAFE, comfortable, clean hotel and the Ramada by Wyndham in Lansing, MI provided that and more! Not only was the property represented on hotels.com exactly as it appeared in person; the front desk STAFF was extremely helpful and kind! Excellent hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and enjoyable amenities! I would definitely book this hotel in Lansing, MI again!

I arrived at Ramada and the person at the front desk tells me he didn't get the payment which I paid through hotels com and after dealing with this for a hour hotels. Com relocates me to a hotel that was worse then what I originally booked. So I'm very unsatisfied

Bad swimming pool
We booked the hotel because of the indoor pool but they did not turn on the heat at the pool area. The pool is heated but very dirty, my kid found a death fish inside the pool but they barely doing anything after we told the receptionist. Even though pool open till 10pm but mainly using sunlight so it gets dark after 5pm. Hopefully they can maintenance the pool probably since its more for family time and kids will easily get sick with this pool conditioning.
