Older property but well kept. Rooms are up dated and are clean. Fresh towels & soap daily. Stayed at high end hotels that don't make the bed or clean the the room. Close to AUP campus.

This place needs updating. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets smelled bad. The bread, cereal, and lousy coffee are not a continental breakfast. You can stay at a high-quality hotel for this price. I won't stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros: Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean, looked remodeled, had new linens, was spacious, had a nice kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, & mini-fridge with an actual freezer. Location is good and felt safe. Parking area is well lit. Breakfast looked ok with toast, cereal, and some fruit. Cons: Hotel is located off a busy road and traffic is pretty noisy until late in the evening. Walls are thin and I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring, but I put my white noise app on high and that helped to drown out the snoring.

Very comfortable here. V nice staff. Breakfast is grab-n-go options like instant oatmeal, packaged pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, hot cocoa, tea and coffee. Very walkable area with tons of eateries nearby. Sprouts, Marshall's, Coffee Bean right around the corner. I enjoy heading towards the mountains and walking along Sierra Madre. Great views.

Very nice welcome at check-in. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure, quiet, good lighting, very good blackout shade. Easy to use tv and ac. Only drawback was limited parking and coffee pot could have used a more thorough cleaning. Price very reasonable. I would stay there again.
