Amazing vacation Sonesta Fort Lauderdale beach was a very clean hotel with an amazing great restaurant attached. Heated out door pool and across the street was a beautiful beach with beach chairs for hotel guests. We are booked again to go back in November!

Ocean Views
We wanted to be ocean front, and this hit the spot! Also, it is located to a wonderful park (pay to enter, but great hiking) and a Museum/estate on the other side. Some close shopping and walkable restaurants. Great view and comfortable room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility very nice. We came back after cruise for Day Pass and poolside music and grill and setting very enjoyable. Beach right across the street and much less crowded than areas closer to Hilton and Ritz areas. Also fantastic State Park adjacent to hotel. Will return for sure.

I recommend Sonesta Hotel for a beach stay
Had a wonderful stay. Location for beach (chairs included) and restaurants is very good. Ocean view is beautiful. Front desk, Evelyn and Rosa r so helpful. Hotel restaurant food is good, nice open air seating, staff very good. Nice little bar area.

Nice hotel not as good location
The hotel is very nice although quite a good walk to the bars and restaurants- the resort fee and valet are also very high and to be fair you don’t get a lot for the resort fee. Probably would not stop here again due to location and high extra costs.

The hotel is very good and excellent location! Our room was in second floor facing a big public balcony holding a gathering in the morning and we couldn’t open the curtains but they gave us 2 breakfast vouchers when we told the manager. The manager and receptionist were kind and helpful. There is a street separating the hotel from the beach so it’s not by the beach but there is 2 free chairs on the beach daily . Don’t forget your towels from hotel though!
