Box size single room
Don’t book a single room if you are remotely claustrophobic. Tiny box room, en-suite was possibly larger than bed area. Mattress too soft, offered no back support. Room was hot and stuffy although it was mid October. I really did not enjoy my stay and won’t be back.

Very nice hotel for the money, no aircon but had a fan and the room was comfortable. It’s clean and in good condition, service was freindly, parking is minimal outside the hotel but on street parking was perfectly fine.

4/10 Fair

They should state they only have 7 parking spaces. They should also be clear that if there are no spaces you have to park on the street (a mile away in my curcumstances) I was in room 30 up three flights of stairs. The room was so hit i left in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately, my room was on second(3rd in USA) floor. Bed was comfortable, bathroom shower facilities a bit tight for a big guy, mini frig didn't work. Otherwise, a delightful place to stay. Very convenient to cafes and pubs. Staff helpful and very friendly.

Great as always
Great stay as always. I was up on the third floor in a single room, which is admittedly small, but it’s got everything I need. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Complimentary fruit is a nice touch. No lift, but I’m an active 42 yr old, so no issue.

Staff great, lovely breakfast, parking extra cost
Hotel staff great, slightly annoyed that parking was an extra cost, only found out about it on arrival as nothing is mentioned on Hotels.com about the extra charge

Very good. Only stayed one night and didn't use any of the facilities apart from my room. Therefore, very limited experience but definitely value for money.
