The hotel is just great, -the breakfast and dinner offer a wide selection of delicious food, -the staff is helpful - direct acess to the lake which is nice and refreshing - they have live music evening at the bar in the evening - the only negative thing is that the pool is shallow. I think like 1.20m but was good to hang out there

The hotel is a beautiful property on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Recently renovated, the hotel has a great buffet restaurant, pool and lake access. A big negative was all the children. More children than I have ever seen at a hotel. For peace and quiet, don’t come here when Israeli families take their holidays.

The property is beautiful. The room was lovely, but would have preferred a room with a sea view. (the hotel was not full by any means) The food was good. My son had gotten sick the night before and couldn't come down for breakfast and when I asked about just getting him a soda, I was told I could get a breakfast box to take to the room for him. Then I was told by another person food wasn't allowed out of the dining room. Anyway, the hotel served its purpose and we had a nice stay.

Fantastic family vacation(s)
This is our second visit in the past month, both with our extended family. On both occasions, the hotel offered ultimate comfort for great for all (given that all are over 18): secluded waterfront, great expansive lawn area, fun (even if shallow) pool. Breakfast service included a large selection of dishes, to please anyone; and, we took advantage of the bar, for evening drinks by the waterfront. Although we spent little time in the rooms (because the outdoor facilities are so lovely), having a balcony with great views in each room was great! Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating: in allocating us rooms with the southern-facing views, in opening the bar upon request, with towel service -- all with a smile and ease. Thank you GM Nihad and the team for 2 great summer vacations!

Brand new hotel with great pool and clean rooms.
The hotel looks like it is brand new. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and modern. Lousy hair dryer attached to the wall and no outlets in the bathroom for the hair dryer I packed. No AC in the hallways and it was very hot during our stay. Breakfast is good but if it matters, the food is not kosher. The views of the sea and the mountains are spectacular and the hotel was conventionally located near the Golan Heights and Tzfat. There is a delicious restaurant very close by, Magdalena, which I highly recommend.
