Older place and under renovation This didn’t bother us a bit Comfortable stay, welcoming hosts

We decided not to stay as soon as we pulled up, before we even got out of the car. Apparent client and 2 apparent staff members were standing on the second floor balcony loudly and publicly discussing that the showers had no pressure and no hot water and the fact that “staff” could do nothing to fix it. Do not want to post this for public consumption, but feel management needs to be aware of their public perception.

Very economical hotel. They were in the process of renovating so I expect it will be excellent when they are done. An above average breakfast

Go to place in Glasgow Montana
Amazing stay. The staff were very accommodating, allowing generous late check-out to adapt to my train schedule. Great breakfast spread available 24 hours a day. The showerhead was the best and it was quiet and peaceful, especially at night. They have a contract with Amtrak employees. If you are traveling by train, this is the go to place. Don't miss Eugene's Pizza to grab a meal.

This is one of those hotels I call “serviceable.” It has no frills and is outdated, but it does what it says on the tin.

Campbell Lodge was wonderful in helping me cancel my rooms when my child became sick. Expedia, however, wouldn’t refund me, even though I cancelled in time for a full refund. Campbell Lodge did not get any of my $251 for three nights. I never got any back. We were totally scammed by Expedia. Book one on one with the honest folks at Campbell Lodge but stay far away from the cheats at Expedia.

Not many motels to choose from. This was obviously older building and currently under renovation. But it was easy to get to and we had a quiet comfortable night.

Not any complaint about Campbell Lodge I’m very happy everything is very clean inside. Good coffee and breakfast choices. The town does not enforce snow removal from sidewalks. I only had to lug my luggage a few blocks through the snow and slush that was not removed from sidewalks. This caused my stuff to be wet when I got settled.

Everyone was friendly and they are currently under construction but or room was freezing. The cold air was coming through the wall around the air conditioner that was not in use and the heater barely put out heat. We had to wrap the air conditioner with towels. Then in the morning, there is no coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobey was cold!

The first room was not vacuumed, bed partially made, and a round blue pill found at edge of bed. Next room the people smoked in there rooms and we could smell it, plus there conversations. Toilet didnt work properly, shower didnt drain, the ceiling light above the bed was a tube light that flickered all night and couldnt be shut off. People walking in the alley could be heard. Place was under remodeling and you had to walk around the stuff and boxes in a small hallway already. No elevator when we were on the 2nd floor, the stairs were narrow and not good railing.

The room had been freshly painted but the bath board in the bathroom was coming loose. The front desk clerk stated they were remodeling. They may want to review the remodelled rooms as well, the contractors didn't do a great job.
