Aurora Camp is a highly overpriced property with very limited facilities available to the international customers. Without your own transport, you will be virtually locked up in the property. Any transfer by the managing company is highly expensive. Just for 5 to 10 km transport, you will end up paying over 500 SEK. There are no restaurant or cafe available at the facility. Reception is always closed.
In spite of all the shortcomings, Hotel.com keep advertising this property at an exorbitant high rate
There are hardly anyone staying in the property during April/May time frame. However, the property is still advertised as close to full to attract international customers, who my end up paying higher rate, because, they have very little or limited knowledge about the property. In fact, not much information is available on the company web site about the camp and its facilities.
