Very impressive. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great pool area for adults as wrll as kids. Friendly and informative front desk. Excellent breakfast, fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy as well as 2 waffle makers and the usual fair. Great location teo blocks from the main downtown area. This will be our go to place to stay in Fredericksburg.

Most staff were very kind and accommodating and the location is within walking distance of main street which is great. But the walls were very thin and we could hear everything. I actually purchased a sound machine so we could sleep.

This is a nice motel for a night or two. Bed was just a tad soft for me. The pillows were way to soft. Amenities are nice. Free breakfast, coffee. I was one the first floor. You could hear every footstep from the floor above. Don't recommend staying on the first floor.

A great local hotel with a heated pool!
This is a really special hotel that is not your typical "corporate chain". It feels like a local business that goes to great lengths to take care of their guests. The property is the biggest draw...excellent amenities and a huge grassy area next to the creek. Super close to main street. The hotel is older but they've renovated it nicely and the staff was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
