Listen, $60 for a room that’s two miles from the airport and includes a free shuttle? It just has to be clean, comfortable and safe. It was all these things. Superb deal.

This property is old and needs renovation. Although the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are old and the room needs microwaves and a mini fridge the basic necessities in a hotel room. The price is very affordable. It’s not a pretty hotel it’s just a place to stay when you need a room that’s inexpensive.

The property is older and shows the wear and tear. But the bed was comfortable, check in was easy, we were able to park somewhat close to our room. It fit our needs as a location close to UCSF and easy to get to.

Refused check-in for confirmed reservations
Terrible experience at check in. I booked 4 rooms for my elderly parents and their friends and front desk claimed that I only booked 1 room and wanted to upcharge them for the 3 extra rooms. My parents provided them with confirmations and IDs but refused to look them up by their IDs. It took them over an hour of back and forth before they were able to honor the reservations that was booked and confirmed. Avoid this hotel at all cost!

Yikes: we had to leave
The room smelled like smoke, even though it said it was non-smoking!!! The heater vent was broken off, and there was just caked dust in it that stunk. When I was in the office telling the manager, another man came in and said his room smelled like pee.
