Not so great, stayed one night before a cruise. Price was lowest around but you get what you pay for. Shuttle from airport was slow, shuttle to cruise port was extra charge, we got a Lyft for less $ and less hassle. Breakfast was limited and pretty bland. Room was old, bed not very comfortable. This stay was definitely overpriced. Elevators were constantly not working and a pool was advertised but not open. I stayed 3 nights and no one came to refresh towels, I had to ask.

Terrible smell in rooms

Room smelled terrible and there were several strands of hair found in room. There was a sticker on the entrance of the lobby from the City stating the building was unsafe as far as structure. I was told by hotel staff it was just the pool that that was referring to and that it was closed down.

Easy check in but no welcome bag. Clean room however pillows were not very comfortable. The key reader for our room malfunctioned a few times so we had to change our key cards. Elevators need revamping. You can’t see the numbers to pick which floor we’re going to. The pool was out of commission.The building is undergoing major changes and renovations so hopefully all these issues will be addressed. Staff was great!
