People all outside arguing through out the entire night. Tv didn’t work so I couldn’t do nothing but hear it and was too exhausted to exchange.

I didn’t go there ended up at a cheaper hotel only to realize they already took money out of my account without me checking in… then days after talking to customer service they said I couldn’t get a refund. 300$ down the drain.. really messed me up

The room was ok. It was clean but the room i stayed at didn't have hot water. I didn't realize till the morning tho when i wanted to take a shower before work. I will admit that a maintenance guy knocked on the door the day before asking if something was wrong and at that time i didn't know the hot water didn't work. Also the lamps kept flickering on and off

Cheap hotel which is fine cause it’s cheap hotel prices, but they are keeping my deposit for “linen damage” I knew they were gonna do it too. When checking in he tried to “give” me an upgrade then sneak in that it would be extra.

Being handed a roll of toilet paper when checking in, Being told that there was a no refundable $5 resort fee and a $25 refundable deposit fee and for a un refundable fee I could get a better room. told him I would do the better room but if there was anything wrong with it I would be back for the $25.Well the toilet paper holder broke when putting on toilet paper, fridge made a high pitch squeal had to unplug, could not get the shower to spray out. The outside is definitely not what the inside looks like..people do live there but the cleanliness was amazing in the room. I was taken back how clean it was. Not one roach not one dust bunny!! Cleaner than most hotels I’ve been in.

No room cleaning, no wifi, BIG BUGS IN THE ROOM, racist staff, tacky security. If you have to work you won’t get any sleep it’s noisy. A lot of police activity goes on at this hotel. if you have to stay here be prepared with your own towels, cleaning products and maybe something to protect yourself. Do not trust this place.

Roach infested hotel
The guy behind the counter took 20 minutes just to check us in. We get to our room and literally roaches everywhere. No toilet paper. Had to go back down to the main office to get toilet paper. The curtains don’t cover the window. They left a large portion of the window exposed to whoever walked by. The air conditioner worked but is loud as hell. Worst hotel ever!
