Highly recommend
The rooms were clean . The hotel’s location is ideal it has easy access to central Zurich. The Service received was great . The 2 guys who were at the reception whilst I was there were very helpful and friendly. Their names were Aman and Andreas.

Ok if you now what you get
In expensive Switzerland standard this was relatively affordable hotel, but you get what you pay for. The rooms include the essentials, such as a bed and a bathroom. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and sound carries easily between rooms. On the first day, my experience was overshadowed by a loud family argument in the neighboring room—you can hear everything. If you're planning to stay here, remember to bring earplugs or consider other options. They use old key with a heavy metal keychain. The people working there seems unhappy and not so friendly or service minded.

The staff here were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They had maps to give out and made sure to give us directions. The hotel is also dog friendly which is great when travelling with a dog. The hotel rooms were very clean and the other facilities were too. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very conveniently situated near a tram line that connects you to the main station. Lots of great food options nearby. Unlike other reviews we found it to be quiet. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lift is working. Overall we were very happy with this hotel.

Just a short layover in Zurich. Good budget stay. No extras included but clearly stated. Easy access to public transportation and popular places to eat.

Avoid in Summer
Be very careful about staying here in the summer. Not only do they not have AC, they only have a heavy comforter. And you'll have to open up the windows and hear an extremely busy street that is very loud. Location is convenient, but good luck getting a good night's sleep if you stay here in the summer.

Near by transport was the only good thing. The man on reception (Andreas) was rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. We repeated had to ask for water glasses and the response we got was “there is no minibar in your room why do you need glasses?” I forgot my mum and I turned into reptiles and was able to drink the moisture from the air. The floorboards in the room above us were squeaking ALL night for the two nights we stayed here. We called the receptionist and he said there was no problem when in reality there was a child in the room above us running around from 6am. No apology. Nothing. No cutlery, no glasses, no toiletries. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If you hate yourself, your partner or sleeping, book to stay here.

Petite chambre avec lavabo dans la chambre. Propre. Par contre, interdiction de recevoir un ami/ une amie dès le coucher du soleil. J’ai un ami qui est venu me voir et qui a fait 30 km en voiture pour que nous réglions une affaire familiale. Le réceptionniste a refusé qu il vienne au chaud dans ma chambre. Il nous a demandé de rester à la réception pour discuter. Nous avons refusé car nous ne voulions pas que qqun écoute notre conversation privée. Bien sûr, cette interdiction n’a pas été signalée au Check in. 13.- le petit dej quand même ….

Ukomfortable senger. Ingen vann, khøkken uten utstyr, ulyder inne i bygget samt mye trafikk og bråk utenfor vindu. Hadde rom i 1 etg mot vei. Gulvet knirker og lyd fra både vegger og tak når andre spaserer.
