My parents had an amazing time during their stay. They said the breakfast options were perfect, and the hotel staff were always kind and accommodating. The rooms are modern, but cozy, and very clean. This hotel is amazing and we've been to some of the world's best hotel. The rooms are nice and big, the service has been nothing but amazing (they stand up to greet you, they try to accommodate you when it's too early to check in). I gave the location a 3 because it isn't convenient for food and even though it's on the first stop on the lrt to get to the mrt, it isn't close to the mrt. But we choose this location as it is close to my wife's family home. Breakfast was also top notch

Exceeded expectations! Really didn’t want to go to Beitou for onsen and found this interesting place in Tamsui. The hotel is very Japanese modern chiq. It’s quiet and incorporates AI systems in the room. The breakfast and onsen was amazing. Service is also top notch. Would recommend and definitely come again.
