Pleasant airport hotel
We had an overnight before flying out of Cancun and this was a very pleasant stay for a Christmas layover. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We had dinner in the restaurant that night and the choices were really good and the food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was also exceptionally good and the transfer to the airport quite efficient. Overall this hotel is a very good option.

excellent free breakfast. all other food in house expensive. Nice deli for sandwiches next door and an oxxo for drinks and such. There is an added tax collected. It was 60 pesos a day. Shuttle to airport twice per hour on time. Room was large and bright but could be made dark with excellent draperies. The room also featured pillows of different sizes and firmness which was welcome and made sleep more restful.

Confusing instructions provided through hotels.com but clear on their website. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included which was lovely and well serviced with takeaway coffee. Only stayed 1n stopover so did not leave hotel.

hotel, breakfast and sevice lovely. the included airport transfer was the main reason i booked it. ringing the transfer contact was more challenging as i didnt have a local sim but a local outside the airport rang for me (taxis from the airport to the hotel were quotef 60 us dollars!) you can buy local sims in the airport but i didnt and you cant reenter the terminal once you leave. waited about15 mins for the transfer which was fine. ubers are not allowed into the airport but you can get one very cheap to downtown cancun, and i presume other places, from the hotel.
