Xinyi
Home to Taipei 101 and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, this financial district offers shopping at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and Eslite Bookstore, as well as entertainment at Vieshow Cinemas. Easily accessible via Taipei Metro and bus routes.

Daan
Discover a vibrant district with shopping areas, world cuisine restaurants, and night markets like Tonghua and Shida. Explore Daan Forest Park and the Jut Art Museum, moving around town by Taipei Metro.

Zhongshan
Featuring recreational areas like Rongxing Garden Park and historical sites such as Lin An Tai Historical House, this district offers a mix of leisure and culture. Explore museums, temples, and a vibrant "Little Manila" area, easily accessible via Taipei Metro.

Wanhua
Step into Wanhua, Taipei's oldest district, where centuries of history unfold around every corner. Incense wafts from ornate Longshan Temple while the neon glow of Snake Alley beckons curious foodies. Wander through Bopiliao Old Street's preserved shophouses and dive into night markets where vendors serve up beef noodles and exotic snacks until the early hours. Traditional teahouses and family-run eateries dot the narrow lanes, offering authentic Taiwanese cuisine at wallet-friendly prices. Budget hostels and mid-range hotels in converted heritage buildings provide cozy places to crash after exploring. The convenient Longshan Temple MRT station connects you easily to the rest of the city.

Songshan
Songshan delivers a double life that'll make your trip to Taipei twice as nice. Rub elbows with suits at the World Trade Center by day, then dive into the sensory overload of Raohe Night Market when the sun sets. The historic Ciyou Temple offers a peaceful escape between shopping sprees at Breeze Center, while Taipei Arena hosts events worth checking your calendar for. Business travelers appreciate the sleek hotels with all the modern perks, while foodies can't get enough of the street eats that won't break the bank. Getting around is a breeze with three convenient MRT stations connecting you to everywhere worth going in Taipei.

Taipei and related destinations
Between skyscrapers and street markets, Taipei delivers sensory overload in the most delightful way. Ascend Taipei 101 for views that explain why locals call this 'Beautiful Island.' The Shilin Night Market transforms after dark into a labyrinth of sizzling street food where brave eaters sample stinky tofu. Temples like Longshan offer incense-scented respite from urban energy, while the National Palace Museum houses treasures spirited away from the Forbidden City. The Miniatures Museum showcases tiny worlds with outsized charm. For nature without leaving town, Taipei Zoo's pandas draw crowds while nearby tea houses in Maokong serve oolong with mountain views. Don't miss Din Tai Fung, where dumplings are folded with surgical precision.

Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Taipei Ximen
"my second time staying at Solaria Ximen, the location is convenient with easy access to Ximending, yet it is not too noisy in the evening, only 5 min walk to 24 hour noodle shop if you care for midnight snack, a lot of coffee shops and eateries in the area, about 10 min walk to Beimen airport express station which is in fact much closer than routing via Taipei station."
Caesar Park Hotel Taipei
"Location was very good, especially on rainy days. Staff were polite and professional. Room was generally clean and spacious."
The Grand Hotel

Caesar Metro Taipei

Palais de Chine Hotel
"The rooms were clean and the staff members were especially helpful. Andy (GM) was especially courteous and helpful in providing us recommendations of places to visit and eat. We would recommend this hotel and would come back to stay!"
Miramar Garden Taipei

ILLUME TAIPEI
"Illume was in a great location and had great amenities. The hotel gym was shared with a private gym so the equipment selection & maintenance were better than most hotels I stayed at in Asia. If you want to eat something outside of the hotel restaurants, there were plenty of options including a 7-11 you can access from inside the hotel. The hotel was also located close to 2 MRT stations. Service was great the entire week my family was there. I would definitely stay there again in the future."
Park Taipei Hotel
"Friendly and helpful staff. Love the second floor lounge area for coffee."
Grand Hyatt Taipei
"The breakfast was very good . The staff it’s very helpful. The clean room Severs it’s ok. Not refill all the drink by next day ."
