The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location, right across the street from aquarium and village.
CONS: room was dirty. Bathroom had a sewage smell to it. blood on the sheets (we were told
No one from housekeeping was on. A random hotel employee brought us up new sheets to change the bedding ourselves). Nasty brown stuff stuck to the back of the fridge
Fridge didnt work. AC unit was on constantly, even when we turned the temp up to keep it from turning on all the time. And it was very loud!
No movies shown in the pool area as advertised for the kids. Asked front desk why movie wasn’t being shown. Got a different excuse every night. it was broken, there was no manager on to turn the movie on, etc.
Pool area was dirty. The pool deck had nasty brown water. Pool looked very cloudy and water was really cold.
Staff was VERY unfriendly. Blonde girl at front desk was very rude. Didn’t smile at all. Went down to get coffee from the lobby only to find both coffee jugs were empty. Went to let the girl know and she snapped at us. Never said hello to anyone when greeting them, never said thank you, enjoy your stay, welcome, NOTHING! Manager was just as unfriendly and miserable. Tried to address the issues we had (mainly the blood on the sheets) with him and he couldn’t care less. Kept using the excuse and throwing up to us that we booked through Expedia. At one point he even started raising his voice at us.
