I am disappointed with the service of my business stay. I need an invoice for my business trip issued on the employer's data, and no one from hotels.com, the Fairfield Hotel, or the Marriot helpdesk has been able to help me. At the hotel's front desk, I was told they could not change the data because it was entered through a third-party system from Expedia (owner of hotels.com). Contacting the hotel through hotels.com was pointless - they did not write back to my messages and did not answer the phone. The hotels.com helpdesk refused to issue the invoice, and, at most, they sent an email with my employer's details, which is not a formal document. The Marriot Bonvoy helpdesk, on the other hand, first sent me a blank email without an attachment stating that here was the invoice, and after my feedback, wrote back that they could not change the data in the Expedia system but gave me the contact information for the hotel manager. Unfortunately, the manager's email address provided is inactive/incorrect.
All in all, I wasted a lot of time trying to get a correct invoice. No one helped me, and in the end, I did not receive it. I will not use hotels.com again, and I will not recommend this site to anyone who wants to book business travel.
