Old fashioned place that is well run. It definitely not new. People that work there seem to like their jobs, imagine that. Whoever manages this place knows what they are doing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Close to trolley for downtown fun. Plenty of great restaurants in area. Walgreen and CVS right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Offers free breakfast. Will stay here again on my next visit to Saint Augustine.

We came to town for our daughter’s wedding and were pleasantly surprised with our room and the amenities. Room was clean and we did not have any issues at all.
