It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. My plane was delayed by 7 hours and I called Hotels.com to verify that my reservation would be held open for me. The idiot told me that it would be and when I got to the hotel at 3:00 in the morning, they told me that my reservation was canceled, nobody called, and that they gave my room to someone else. After arguing with the front desk staff, they gave me a room. The room was filthy, had not been swept, mopped or vacuumed. It was old and in bad shape. At least there were no bedbugs or cockroaches in the room. In four days staying there, not one time did housekeeping come in to clean or even bring fresh towels. I contacted the management group of the hotel and they said that they would refund some of my money and that Hotels.com was preventing the refund. I promise to never use Hotels.com again.
