1. No one on property for evening issues like drunk people running up and down the halls, yelling and arguing. 2. The room was not cleaned nor new towels or toilet paper left. We had to walk around and find workers to get those things. To be clear tgats 5 days of no maid service 3. They require wrist bands but theyre not enforced. The hotel is located next to public access and many people started showing up as early as 8 AM taking up parking, using the beach area, bar area, volleyball area and pool with no enforcement of wrist bands. 4. We asked for a couple of the drinks shown on the website and was told, "We don't make those here." So, the menu for food and the bar is extremely misleading as is the pool area. 5. The pool is a cocktail pool completely shaded, not a pool people can enjoy and use as a normal pool.
Overall, the stay was not worth the price paid when there were other accomodations/hotels we've stayed at on the island that include room cleaning, breakfast, have round the clock workers to enforce safety and wrist bands, and have real pools and amenities for guests only.
