The hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs, with a short walk to the skyway over the street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The a/c was working but not too strong, but the room temperature was still comfortable. Bed and pillows were good, shower water pressure was great. The hotel is older but well maintained.

Great location and price
We love the location and cleanliness of this hotel and always stay here when visiting Orlando. It's a quick walk over the bridge into Disney Springs for dinner and shopping. The Disney shuttles are convenient, as well. Great conference rooms and we love the outdoor areas and pools.

Just ok...Good location but outdated property
The hotel's location makes it a great place to stay to visit Disney. The rooms were big but otherwise I felt they were old and the bedding reminded me of a 2-3 star hotel. The staff was good but definitely didn't feel like a 4-star property. Overall I would say, good location, good staff service, clean enough but outdated property. Would probably suggest for someone on more of a budget but wants those Disney perks.
