i cannot tell you how amazing it is to walk into an already cold air conditioned room after walking around shibuya in a extremely humid july. the room was perfect cold as you walk in big tv comfy bed and nice shower. theres nothing i could have asked more. there's also a family mart right across which is sooooo nice and the service from the employes is so refreshing theyre all so kind and patient thank you so much. i wish i could have booked another night. thank you book tea bed

Book Tea Bed was a perfect homebase for our trip to Tokyo. The room had enough space to store two suitcases in the closet, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't notice any street noise. The hotel is very close to a metro station, which made getting around the city easy.

A really nice option in Shinjuku! Price wise it was very affordable for our time period, and really centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The rooms are small - but that's just Tokyo. The bathroom and showers were great. The bed is not elevated and is nearly ground level - so if you have a hard time getting in/out of bed might not be the best option. It's otherwise very comfortable though. Last point - reception/services are not 24/7, so if you arrive early I believe you can't leave your bag until about 9am.

The location is wonderful! The check in and out process was very straight forward and they held our luggage a few hours after check out, which really streamlined things for us. The room was very small and simple, no frills or a place for two people to sit other than the bed. There was some damage to the bathroom and walls and the heater was a bit temperamental, but all in all it was a good spot to land. If you are wanting to hang out and relax in your hotel, this might not be the best spot. The price and location were top notch though, so it's just for what you are looking for.

Be advised that bed is only a mattress on floor. Room is very small with no chair. Can’t unpack since there is no room except for mattress. Bathroom very small but has heated toilet and bidet. Staff is very nice and location is great. Near subway. Definitely not a 4 star. More like 2 star.
