I often visit Glasgow for shopping and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping centres. The highlight of this hotel is the customer service and staff. They really go out of their way to make sure the check-in and stay in the hotel is as comfortable as possible. The room in this hotel is excellent and very comfortable.

Great stay at this hotel. Double room although being on the small side, was good for 1 night stay. The room was quiet and perfectly blacked out for a great nights sleep.
