We absolutely loved our stay here. It was for a single night in Verona and the location was just perfect – we walked everywhere and it is very close to all main city attractions. The check in was extremely easy and they were truly a pet friendly hotel ($10 fee only). Staff was great and told us we could park right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

This hotel is new, the room was nice , very clean and confortable. Tha breakfast was very good, with fruits, yogurts, many kids of fresh bread and cakes. The hotel is very cengtral on Verona. Just one of the staff was in a bed mood .... and he wasn´t pleasent...

The pillows were awful, hard I wake up with a headache I need feather pillows which I get where I stay in Milan. Also small things make a difference, such as hand/body cream with hand soap in the bathroom, a small rack in the shower to put shampoo, etc. rather than on the floor and a large bottle of water in thebedroom. We had all of these in Milan which we really appreciated. It all adds to the experience.

A real surprise
Out of all the hotels we booked for our travels around Northern Italy, this is probably the one we considered to be the most "basic". Well, we were wrong. This place ended up being our favourite hotel we've been to. Super modern, large bathroom with an amazing shower, comfortable bed and a decent sized TV (for hiding from the midday 40 degree sun!). We plan to revisit Verona, and will probably stay here again!

Super stay in the heart of Verona
Fantastic location. Right in the heart of the city and everything is within 5min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was pristine, newly renovated and to a great standard. Air con worked a treat in the room, just remember all windows need to be closed then set it. Never tried breakfast so can’t comment. Would happily stay here again. We got a taxi from Verona airport with our heavy bags, cost €34 and was worth it for us as you will be a 5/10min walk taking buses, or 20min from train station.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel as it is a *** It is bright, modern, comfortable and super convenient for shopping, sightseeing and eating out. We were literally a 5 minute walk from the main shopping street. We had a family room which was in the eaves. It was very clean and modern with a TV, gorgeous big bathroom and shower, fridge and coffee machine, AC. Breakfast was included which surprised me as it wasn’t clear on my booking. 7am-10am. Staff were helpful and professional. A super find!

My eyes watered as I entered the room, it stank of curry. The smell was overpowering, I couldn’t breathe. Immediately returned back to the reception and asked to another room. They said they were fully booked and couldn’t move me. I had no choice to to find an alternative hotel. I paid in advance and was refused a refund - lost £180.00.
