Nice, new place. Found an earring and lots of crumbs on the floor so it was not vacuumed well. Bed is a little too low to the ground! Kinda out if the way unless you are using the medical facilities close by!

Okay stay
The lighting in the room was very dim in areas. Smallest tissues I have ever seen - bring your own if you want to blow your nose. Friendly staff and the food we had was tasty. Unfortunately for us, but fortunately for the kids, the kids overran the pool but they were having fun so we found other things to do.

I was not able to check in early, the Starbucks was closed both days, I called twice for room service and the calls were never answered, there was a room playing loud music, I complained and it was never turned off.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.
Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large, good closet and storage space. Shopping and food nearby as well as hotel restaurant and a limited menu Starbuck in the lobby. Staff was pleasant, I didn't need anything from them, but they were friendly and informative. Very easy 12 minute drive to downtown Toledo and very close to the Zoo.

Clean quiet hotel
Great hotel. Stayed for a school clinical rotation at a nearby facility. It was peaceful and quiet considering I was doing my clinicals on nightshift so needed to sleep during the day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is great but hard to find. I arrived at night and it took me a while to find it. I would suggest more signing. Otherwise it was great and just what I needed after a long drive.

Just ok.
Room was clean. Lacked toilet paper, toilet flushed like it was clogged. Fridge never got cold. When the door was shut to our room, you could clearly see through a giant crack to the hall. Waited 25 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. Room had trash can, but no bags in the can, and the pool closed super early. All night long, you did hear things slamming. I will give it them that beds were clean and no bugs

I would never go out of my way to stay again. The pool was freezing. There was no continental breakfast. No vending machines. You have to buy from them and prices were high.
