We found the service excellent, from the front desk, the valet and the restaurant staff. The hotel was very clean, the bedding was great and the beds were very comfortable.

Refund warranted
The alarm sounded very early this morning and stayed on for half an hour. The elevators were not working and we also had difficulty getting to our car in parkade because it f the above issues. I would like a refund issued. We have stayed here before and never had any problems but this stay was not acceptable. I suffered an accident yesterday and needed to rest until full checkout at 12:00 noon. We were unable to stay until check out at noon because we were weakened by the sounding alarm for half an hour
