Starting with them not telling you they also charge a $100 deposit AFTER you pay for your room, I also heard several guests in front of me get told that the double queen rooms they reserved were sold out. We needed sheets and blanket for the couch pull out- the poor front desk girl was the only one on staff (doing the best she could), so ended up going down to get them ourselves. The hallways were loud until after midnight, closing doors, loud talking. Continental breakfast was bagels (out of cream cheese) and yogurt- which quickly ran out. OJ ran out, as well as regular coffee. The rooms were clean, but common areas (hallways, elevator, tables and surfaces) were not. The rooms only get cleaned every 3 days during your stay, but my parents’ room was not cleaned despite their 4 night stay.
Unsure how they received so many stars. There were a lot of disappointments.
