We were given a handicap room even though we are able bodied, because of this, the bathroom light switches and toilet were very low. Very minimal counter space in the bathroom as well and the shower obviously didn't have a true shower pan so when you showered, the entire bathroom floor was very wet.
To top it off, the room refrigerator had a very loud noise and shook when it kicked in.
The positives were getting cookies and milk when we checked in and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Overall, I'm glad we only spent one night at this Holiday Inn Express, typically other Holiday Inn Express hotels are much better.
Next time I'm in Spokane, I'll stay at a different Holiday Inn Express.
